Shipping policy
We process orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Note that orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 5 business days to process. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received. Orders are shipped through UPS or USPS; express options are available for additional fees. Expedited orders do not deliver on the weekends. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information please check your spam filter or contact us to verify shipping. All orders with a subtotal over $300 will require an adult signature upon delivery.
